We are Leapmind. For questions about information you share with us, contact updates@leapmindtech.com.
Enquiries
An enquiry includes your name, email, organisation if supplied, product interest and message. We use these details to respond to your request and direct it to the appropriate product team. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid including care recipient information, health records or other sensitive personal details.
Subscriptions
The Care Operations Brief and Cyber4Care waiting list are separate subscriptions. Brevo processes the email address and optional information you submit for the selected subscription. A confirmation email is sent before you join. You can unsubscribe through any subscription email.
Our service providers
We host our public pages on our server. Brevo processes subscription requests and enquiry email delivery. Our private content editor uses Leapmind OS staff accounts and permissions.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have shared, or withdraw subscription consent by unsubscribing. Contact updates@leapmindtech.com so we can review your request.
Retention
Enquiry submissions stored by our public contact form are removed after 30 days. Correspondence in our mailbox is kept as needed to respond and manage the conversation. Subscription information is retained while subscribed and as needed to maintain unsubscribe preferences.
