01 · Our beginning
We began with a practical request. A care provider approached our Founder and CEO, Andre Disso, for help bringing the work of care management together. That conversation became the foundation of iStaffRota.
Andre brought experience in core banking software and a personal connection to care. We developed our approach around the needs of care managers, their teams and the people receiving care.
We continue to learn from experienced care providers. Their requirements and feedback guide how we develop useful software and support the people using it.
Today, we bring iStaffRota and Cyber4Care together under Leapmind, with a shared focus on the work behind care.
